Print a summary

Writes a summary of a (standardized) major axis fit.

## S3 method for class 'sma'
summary(object, ...)

`object`	Object of class 'sma'.
`...`	Further arguments ignored.

Does not add much to print.sma, at the moment, except when fit by multiple groups. See sma for examples.
