Load Sweet Alert dependencies

Description

This function is useless for sendSweetAlert, confirmSweetAlert, inputSweetAlert, but is still needed for progressSweetAlert.

useSweetAlert()

Note

Use receiveSweetAlert() in the UI and sendSweetAlert() in the server.
