Description

Calculates the means for each row.

Usage

## S3 method for class 'FileMatrix'
rowMeans(x, ..., doCount=FALSE)

Arguments

...

Arguments passed to *rowSums().

doCount

If TRUE, the number of included values are counted and returned as an attribute.

Value

Returns a numeric vector.
