Description

Calculate smoothed derivates using Savitzky-Golay filter

Usage

sgolayDeriv(dpSpectr, iOrder, iFrameLen, j)

Arguments

dpSpectr

input spectrum

iOrder

polynomial order of Savitzky - Golay filter

iFrameLen

Savitzky-Golay frame length in ppm scale

j

order of derivative

Value

jth dervitative of the spectrum
