Calculate embedded data.

Description

Calculates the embedded data of dimension m using the weight matrix.

Usage

find_coords(wgts, nns, N, n, m)

Arguments

wgts

weight matrix calculated by find_weights.

nns

matrix of neighbours calculated by find_nn_k or find_nn_eps.

N

number of samples.

n

dimension of the original data.

m

intrinsic dimension of the data.

Value

Y

matrix containing the embedded data.
