Excel color scales

Color scales from both old and new Excel.

scale_fill_excel(palette = "fill", ...)

scale_colour_excel(palette = "line", ...)

scale_color_excel(palette = "line", ...)

`palette`	One of `'old'`, `'fill'`, or `'new'`.
`...`	Other arguments passed on to `discrete_scale` to control name, limits, breaks, labels and so forth.
