  • Input: a reaction in RXN or SMILES/SMARTS (SMIRKS) format. Usage examples:
  • Options:
    • Hits: Number of hits to show.
    • MSA: Perform multiple sequence alignment and compute conservation score.
    • Host organism: Compute phylogenetic distance of source organisms to selected host.
    • Similarity: Select method for reaction similarity (see about fingerprints).
